Let the buying begin

3/5th? Easy - now those (international) investors will start buying up whole apartment houses or neighborhoods, like they're already doing in places like Austin, TX. Maybe you should've linked to the article that stated that AirBnBs are often more expensive than hotels. Which is weird, considering they can afford to bypass all regulations that apply to running a hotel. And for the "little person" renting out their spare room? Give me a break, most rentals are owned by rich people as part of larger investments.
