We've been talking about this issue that most hotels look the same except for the "boutiques" somehow.
So we advised tinorder to retaim repeat customers to have each room with a different motif. One of the beverly Hills 5-star 400rms plush-otels did just that and had great turnover and built up image for free!
When it was sold, the new owners remodel it back to the boring off-white walls, etc. Go figure!
Yes, we do have a sequence rational influenced and as a result of Applied Behavioral Sciences we pride that we are in their avant garde!
